Good to know before you book.
When is my booking confirmed?
Ad-hoc studio hire is confirmed after the live calendar check and successful upfront payment. Event-space enquiries are reviewed by BOH before a final price and payment request are sent.
Can I reschedule my studio hire?
One self-service reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Any additional move requires approval from BOH. Moving a booking does not reset its cancellation refund window.
What is the cancellation policy?
For ad-hoc studio hire, cancel at least 30 complete days before the booking for a full refund, more than 7 but fewer than 30 days before for a 50% refund, or 7 days or fewer before for no refund. After a move, the original booking date still determines the refund window. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed by BOH.
Can I add filming to my workshop?
You can request filming for a workshop. Raw group-routine footage is £20 and individual vertical edits with music overlay are £10 per person. Filming requires separate confirmation from BOH, subject to staff availability.
