Reserved times reflect blocks in the saved diary over the next eight weeks. Other times can be requested for review; they are not confirmed availability. BOH checks the full recurring diary before offering a slot. Your slot is secured only after approval and initial payment.

Tell us about the class
Submit your class idea.
How weekly hire works
A space reserved for your class.
The regular instructor rate reflects a continuing weekly commitment. Your time is reserved and charged every week, including bank holidays, whether you use it or not. The discounted slot cannot be paused.
Regular studio rate
Studio 1 and Studio 2 weekly slots are discounted from the standard £40 hourly rate.
Initial payment
The remaining sessions in your first month are invoiced to secure the slot.
Monthly in advance
The future system will collect the month's reserved sessions automatically by Direct Debit.
Offer window
An approved offer includes a seven-day provisional hold. Complete the initial payment before the expiry shown in your private offer.
Occasional move
Ask BOH about an occasional change. Every move is subject to approval and availability; missed sessions remain chargeable.
Notice to finish
Give at least two weeks' notice to end the arrangement. For a longer break, the slot returns to the open market.

Your name or trading name, address, invoice email and mobile number.
Insurance and safeguarding
Public Liability Insurance and a DBS certificate where anyone under 18 will be taught.
Your public class listing
Class description, price, level, instructor biography, photographs and social accounts.
Optional booking support
A BOH-managed booking list, marketing attribution and instructor payout setup.
Community and filming
Optional WhatsApp Community group and occasional class filming support.
