Salsa Classes Bournemouth
What to expect – Each salsa class is 1 hour in length with an experienced salsa teacher explaining and demonstrating the footwork, lead and response needed from both leaders and follower. Each class is designed to help build your confidence and understanding of techniques and moves that you can bring to your social dance. There is no need to bring a partner as we regularly rotate partners throughout the class, so you will get to meet and dance with everyone, if you do come with a partner you are welcome to stay together just let the teach know at the start of the class. After your salsa class we run through the steps and counts to give you the opportunity to film the routine incase you ever need to refer back to it later.
Beginner Salsa Classes
Beginner level is for students that are new to salsa and student working on their basic footwork and turns needed to progress to the next level. We work on the core basic steps and turns in a short routine covering how to lead and follow the moves so that you can use them in a social straight away.
Improver Salsa Classes
Improver level is for Students that have mastered the basic steps and turns and are looking to expand their knowledge in how to connect the moves they know in to combinations, while learning how to lead and follow more complex partner work routines.
Int/Advanced Salsa Classes
Intermediate/Advanced level is for students that are ready to take the next step after perfecting the concepts from both the beginner and improver classes. Here we will be teaching challenging and complex routines with an added focus on both men’s and ladies styling
