Booking ahead

Weekday instant hire: 10am–11pm, booked by the previous day. Same-day hire needs an existing confirmed opening period covering your whole visit. Weekend bookings after Friday at 7pm need approval unless your whole hire fits an existing confirmed opening period. All times are UK local time.

One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellation refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel, and moving a booking never restarts or improves its refund window.
