Can I enquire if I am a complete beginner?

Yes. Tell us that you are new to dance and what you would like to try. BOH will discuss suitable teaching options and availability with you.

Do I need to bring a partner?

You can enquire as an individual or a couple. Any partner requirements depend on the style and teacher, so confirm these before booking.

Which dance styles can I request?

Tell us your preferred style, or ask for help choosing. Private teaching depends on instructor availability; a style appearing in the group timetable does not guarantee private lessons are available.

How much does a private lesson cost?

The price depends on the teacher and the agreed lesson. Confirm the duration, total cost, whether studio hire is included and cancellation arrangements before paying.

Who will teach my lesson?

Your request may be suitable for BOH Dance or an independent instructor. BOH Studios provides the venue; the teaching provider and booking arrangements are confirmed before you book.

Can I just hire a studio to practise?

Yes. Studio hire is a separate option and does not include a teacher. Explore the studios and hire options.

Where are the lessons held?

BOH Studios is at 104 Commercial Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5LR. Your room and arrival details are confirmed with the booking. Discuss any access requirements before booking.
