HERA runs weekly sessions at BOH Studios, with styles rotating each week between: • Heels – expressive, powerful routines that build confidence and technique. • Commercial – dynamic, high-energy choreography inspired by the music industry. • Afro Heels – a fusion of Afro-inspired movement with heels technique, bringing rhythm, power, and flow together. • Guest Workshops in a Variety of Styles
Each week, you’ll get something fresh and exciting, plus special guest teachers joining throughout the season to keep classes inspiring and unique.
HERA is perfect for dancers who want to train regularly, try different styles, and be part of a community that lifts each other up both in and out of the studio.

What to expect
Come in and meet the class in a relaxed setting. We will do a warm up and technique/small combinations to allow you to warm up your body and mind. We will then learn choreography. If you would like to film yourself dancing at the end, you are welcome to, but we don't put pressure on filming!
Who it is for
We welcome all levels. We have a wide community spanning different abilities and experience, so you will never be alone and we are always happy to give individual variations in class!
Your first visit
When you enter BOH, walk through the downstairs space and through the door on the back right, up the stairs and class is in Studio 2.
Heels Classes - You are welcome to take class in heels or trainers, whatever you're comfortable in! If you have knee pads these are sometimes helpful for floor work. We recommend comfortable clothing you can move in. Commercial Classes - We recommend trainers and comfortable clothing.
